Learning Robotics & Embedded Systems Through Hands-On Projects
Electronics & Communication Engineering student at PDEU, passionate about building hardware systems and learning robotics fundamentals through practical projects. Currently exploring embedded systems, IoT, and autonomous systems as a beginner in the field.
I'm a B.Tech student in Electronics & Communication Engineering at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, currently maintaining a CGPA of 9.0. I'm very new to robotics and actively learning through hands-on projects and competitions.
My journey in robotics began with curiosity about autonomous systems and hardware innovation. I'm currently exploring fundamentals through building projects, participating in competitions like ROBOFEST, and working with embedded systems. My focus areas include embedded systems, wireless communication, and real-world hardware applications, with a special interest in women safety tech.
Beyond academics, I'm actively involved in IEEE activities, team projects, hackathons, and social internships. I believe in learning by doing and enjoy collaborating with teams to solve real-world problems. I'm well-organized, a quick learner, curious, and a good team player with strong communication skills. When not coding or building, I stay physically active and enjoy exploring new technologies.
Currently in the learning phase, building projects to develop strong fundamentals in robotics and embedded systems.
Learning through hands-on projects and building fundamentals
Autonomous quadruped robot developed under Intelligent Ground Vehicle category for ROBOFEST Gujarat 5.0. Uses sensors for balance, obstacle detection, and movement. This beginner-level robotics project focused on learning integration, motion control, and sensor-based navigation.
Two-way pager communication system using ESP32 and LoRa modules. Features predefined message selection using buttons and a display interface for received messages. Designed for emergency and tactical-style communication use cases with focus on low power and long-range wireless communication.
Autonomous robot that detects and solves a maze using sensors. Implements basic decision logic and path planning algorithms. Built as a learning project to understand autonomous navigation and sensor integration in robotics applications.
Collection of learning-focused embedded experiments including sensor-based automation systems, display interfacing projects, and small IoT-based applications. These projects help build fundamental understanding of embedded systems and hardware programming.
Active member of IEEE Signal Processing Society & Women in Engineering (WIE). Responsible for proposing technical events and workshops, contributing to the technical community at PDEU.
Qualified for PoC round (Level 2) with ATOM quadruped robot project. Gained valuable experience in robotics competitions and hardware innovation.
Worked with rural women empowerment programs, supporting tailoring and skill development initiatives. Contributed to social impact through community engagement.
Active participation in hardware hackathons and robotics competitions, continuously learning and applying new technologies through hands-on challenges.
